Solid Primary Care is physician-owned. Clinicians work directly with the founding physician rather than through a large hospital or corporate structure.
The practice provides standard adult primary care. We accept insurance and also offer transparent cash pricing for patients who are uninsured or prefer to pay directly. We use an electronic medical record, online scheduling, and pre-visit intake to keep the office organized.
We are growing. New clinicians will be expected to build and maintain a panel and to work within the requirements of the payers we participate with.
For physicians, we are interested in colleagues who may want a longer-term role in the practice, including a path toward partnership when there is a good fit.

Full-Time Physician
Partnership track encouraged
The physician will provide adult primary care, including new patients, established follow-up, chronic disease management, and acute visits as the schedule allows. The physician will maintain complete and timely documentation and will collaborate with advanced practice clinicians and office staff.
Internal medicine and family medicine will be considered. Candidates should be board-certified or board-eligible and should have a California medical license and DEA registration, or a clear timeline for obtaining them.
Partnership is encouraged for the right physician. Any path to partnership will depend on clinical performance, professional fit, and the growth of the practice. Specific terms will be discussed with qualified candidates.
Korean language ability required.
Full-Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
The nurse practitioner or physician assistant will provide adult primary care under physician collaboration, including follow-up visits, chronic disease management, and acute visits as appropriate. The role includes timely documentation and close coordination with the physician and office staff.
A current California NP or PA license is required. Outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
Korean language ability required.
